If you eat healthy eighty percent of the time and cheat twenty percent you can live a healthier life without feeling deprived. That's how I live my life, and that's what I want to teach you to do.
I will also make the process of losing weight easier for you. You don't need to go to a health food store and search out exotic foods. You can lose weight and be healthy just by eating fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and yes, even some frozen foods from your local market. In this demanding world, living a healthy lifestyle has to be easy, both in how you prepare your meals and where you shop.
